NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. SMART TV INFO All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly. POOL/HOT TUB MAINTENANCE Our pool is maintained by a trusted third-party company. Due to their independent operations, we can't provide specific day confirmations to guests about their visits, and they are not required to announce their arrival when servicing the property.
