Walk to UVa from our New Home in Fry Springs

Completed in July 2020, our modern, well-appointed home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 1 mile from UVA, 2.3 miles from Charlottesville's Historic Downtown Pedestrian Mall, 1.4 miles from I-64, and 1.2 miles from the 5th Street Station shopping center. The open floor plan on the first floor includes a master bedroom with full bathroom, living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. On the second floor, the loft has queen-pull out couch, a second full bathroom and a bedroom with balcony. The space Gas range, and full-sized oven and farmhouse sink make cooking a joy. Guests can eat at the spacious granite island (3 stools) or at the dining room table, which seats 4 comfortably, 6 if you squeeze or add in the "leaf." Living room features a TV with Roku access to Prime, Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube TV. The first floor master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a TV with Roku and an en-suite full-sized bathroom (tub). The second floor features a loft with another TV with Roku and a queen-sized pull out couch. The second full bath includes a walk-in, tiled shower and dual-sink vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a Keurig coffee maker and a balcony. We have a pack-n-play and strap-on booster chair that can also be borrowed by request. In addition to two front porches, we have a spacious back deck with a swing and additional seating for 5. Other things to note Please note: we can not allow animals of any kind (including service and ESA) because this is a primary residence with allergies to animals. I manage this property for my mother-in-law and we live next door so if there are any issues that arise during your stay, we are immediately available! :)
