Valerie's Loft

This 1890's second story apartment is located in Downtown Saginaw, offering comfort, privacy, and character. This newly refurbished apartment features tall windows, high ceilings, and original wood flooring. This apartment becomes a cozy retreat with its large private balcony! It is directly above local diners and cafes, and is a hop, skip, and a jump from the marketplace and the hospitals. It is also close driving distance from the Children's Zoo, the Dow Event Center, and other attractions! The space This one bedroom comes complete with a bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a queen-sized bed. Please note: we also have a twin mattress available to sleep on for guests or your littles! It is stored standing up behind the bedroom armoire, and does not come with a frame but can easily be added on the ground for a sleeping accommodation. The apartment also features free parking directly below the apartment! Begin your day with the provided coffee and coffee maker, or stay in and enjoy the cozy atmosphere and the smart TV. End your night on your own private balcony and enjoy your stay. Other things to note Just a heads up! Getting into the apartment involves walking up a flight of stairs, there is not an elevator to the building. Also, the window AC unit is the form of air conditioning and it works very well. There is also a control box for central air in the bedroom, but it is not connected. If you're checking in at night, there is a flood light below the balcony that makes entering the apartment easier! The light is fixed perfectly as to not disrupt you from inside the apartment. Lastly, the dumpster in the parking lot is available for your use as well, if need be!
