Cottage in Watkinsville

Charming guest cottage in downtown Watkinsville, just a few miles outside of Athens, Georgia. A wonderful retreat full of unique details and charm.Enjoy relaxing on the front porch swing or in the private patio with hot tub. Inside are 18 ft. vaulted ceilings with rough hewn beams, antique windows, hardwood floors, and attention to detail.The kitchen is nicely equipped with full sized appliances and bar seating.The sleeping loft has privacy and great views with a queen bed and plenty of storage. The space The bathroom has a large walk in tiled shower and there is on demand hot water. Although truly a guest cottage there is one "tiny house" aspect to our space - the stairs are very, very steep and makes this not a good fit for anyone with mobility issues, for young children, or pets. Guest access Whole house with private fenced patio and hot tub. Other things to note We use a professional cleaner between each guest to make sure you come into a clean and tidy space. We also may have flexibility on check in and check out times depending on other guests coming and our cleaning schedule but please don't hesitate to ask the day of your check in if we can accommodate you on this.
