Private room with ensuite bathroom- heart of Eagle

Enjoy a comfortable stay in a private room with en suite bathroom. A comfortable, memory foam mattress will ensure a restful night's sleep. The home is literally steps away from beautiful, downtown Eagle and will allow you to experience all the wonderful amenities the city has to offer. The house is also a short drive (20-30 min) to many other amazing locations in the Treasure Valley- whether you are interested in shopping, hiking, dinning, visiting museums, etc. this area has it all! The space Your room has a queen-sized bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. A private bathroom is connected to the bedroom and has a skylight to bring in natural light. A desk provides a space for guests to work or place your luggage. Internet is available throughout the home. The home offers a lovely outdoor space with a child's playhouse and cozy interior design features. The large windows in the living and dining room area bring the outdoors inside and create an enjoyable space to enjoy coffee and breakfast. Guest access You may access the common areas. This includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. The other bedrooms and bathrooms, other then the room you booked, are off-limits. Unregistered guests are not welcome to stay overnight. The number of guests staying must be declared at the time of booking. If your visit brings you to the area to enjoy time with friends and family, they are welcome to visit with you at the house, however, please be mindful that other guests that may have also booked during your stay. Please be respectful of their space and keep the common areas clean. During your stay I am available over Airbnb messaging if you need to get a hold of me. If the matter is urgent, you can also call or text me. I live less than 5 minutes away, and depending on my schedule, may be able to address concerns in person. The house belongs to my mother who may be staying in the extra bedroom during your stay and she would also be available to help with any needs when present. Please note that I may not be able to respond to your messages or calls right away as I may be working or away from my phone. Other things to note Your room and bathroom are private. However, my mom (who owns the house) or other guests may stay in the extra rooms across the hall from your room from time to time. Common areas are shared. Our hope is that guests will enjoy the lovely outdoor space, and experience all the wonderful things this area has to offer! We have a selection of board games and puzzles in a cabinet for our guests. There is a patio with seating, a lovely garden, and a cute playhouse in the backyard. We have a guest book in the home that has suggestions for things to do in the area. To help our guests enjoy the area, we have provided a membership to the Idaho Botanical Gardens. The membership allows 5 people to visit for free as many times as they wish during their stay. The membership cards are located beside the guest book.
