The space Cozy Blue Haven has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a twin bed in the 3rd bedroom. Please note that there is a step going down/up from the kitchen to dining room as well as master bedroom to master bathroom. The home also has a Reme Halo air purification system. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer inside the house, so no need to leave to do laundry. The TV is a smart TV and you can sign in to your own TV streaming accounts, Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. The house has 100Mbps internet with dual band router. Fresh towels and wash clothes are provided. Basic cooking utensils and dishes are available to use. Some basic products are available to you- soap, shampoo, lotion, toilet paper, coffee, laundry detergent. However, these items will not be replenished during your stay. Other things to note *There are security cameras outside of the building and in the parking lot. There are no cameras inside of the house. *For extended stays, lawn maintenance will be done, people will be on the property doing upkeep and maintenance. *By booking this listing, you agree that you are responsible to pay for any damage to the house, household items (furniture, tv's etc.) or property caused by you, any guest or pet.
