Come enjoy quiet seclusion on a 210 acre farm located 5 miles from Winterplace ski resort and Weathered Grounds Brewery and only 3 miles off the Ghent exit! Self check-in on a private half mile long road. Feed the fish with two ponds full of blue gill, coy, bass and catfish. Hike or mountain bike on miles of trails throughout the property! Then come drink hot chocolate next to the fireplace, or have a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the covered porch! The space The space is the entire 3 bedroom cottage. This cottage house sleeps 8 people comfortably. Newly Renovated Bathroom and brand new three zone Mitsubishi mini split! Guest access Guests have access to the cottage house and acreage around that home outdoor fire ring with firewood available, as well as charcoal grill and miles of trails. Two ponds on the property for feeding fish and catch and release fishing. Apple picking during Sept and October with two apple trees in the yard, and numerous trees on the property! Other things to note Entire 210 acres are mostly fenced in, so miles of hiking and you will not go off of the farm unless you cross over a fence line (old fencing may be down in places)
