Please be our guest! Our adorable little cottage is ready for you to relax and stay awhile. When you pull in the driveway, you'll notice this little place has a surprisingly large yard with mature trees and peonies. Step inside and enjoy the cozy, comfortable space... large windows and bright paint keep the place feeling airy and new! Close to the trendy, historic Benson district (1 mile) which features restaurants, bars and ice cream. Benson also has scooter and bike rentals. The space Our most heard comment from our guests is that our house feels cozy! Being long time hosts we have learned what is important to our guests. The bedroom features a new high end queen size bed The living room couch is a sofa sleeper with a queen size bed. The large bathroom has a tub with a shower. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and room to cook or work at the table. Washer and dryer are available in the basement! When you are ready to relax, stream your Netflicks or Amazon account on our TV or watch Pluto TV. In addition we have 50 widely varied DVDs -movies and several popular TV series. We also have board games and cards for fun! Self check-in with our smart lock! No keeping track of a house key! You will be given a unique code for your stay. The driveway large enough to easily park two cars for off-street parking. A video doorbell is installed at the front door. Guest access The whole house is yours!
