This listing is for one room which is an ensuite (private bathroom accessed directly from your bedroom) and is furnished and designed in a Turn-of-the-Century theme. The house has three other private rooms available at comparable rates. You will share the house with health and other professionals on short assignment, university grads and young veterans in transition, concert-goers and convention attendees, teachers, IT consultants working from home, and occasionally the owner. Lucas stadium and the Convention Center are 1.5 miles away -- walkable! We have lately been enjoying guests from all over the world. Rooms are also available on a month-to-month rental agreement if you decide to stay. Social distancing is respected by all guests. As a Master Suite guest you have your own bathroom without leaving your bedroom. Included for every guest is the use of the wide-open, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and sufficient cabinetry to hide away six children. We have double oven and glass cooktop for the foodies, a practically self-organizing refrigerator with lots of room, and guests from each room have their own pantry box next to it for dry goods. Everyone respectfully cleans up their own dishes right away, and we have a long dining table. A spray bottle with sanitizer is nearby for quick cleanup of handles and surfaces. Practically everything you need is here - every kind of coffee maker, coffees and teas, a few condiments and spices, and purified water in the frig. There are soaps and towels, clothes iron and table-top ironing board, blow dryer, hair setting spray (you may still want to bring your own favorite shampoo, etc.) Mega-high speed fiber-optic internet is brought into the house. Speed is limited only by the router and your computer. Music for mood and ambiance can be played into the ceiling speakers from your phone or tablet blue-tooth connected to the player at the fireplace. Two off-street parking spaces are available off the alley in the back. Pardon the fence section in the back that Hurricane's tail whipped to the ground. As one of our special guests, you have full use of the kitchen, living room, front porch and back yard. Please let me know if you do not receive your code 24 hours PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. Also, please NOTE: The downstairs bathroom is for the exclusive use of the guest in the Lavendar & Green Sleep & Study room adjacent to it. You have exclusive use of your bedroom which is on the second floor immediately to your left at the top of the stairs. Street parking is always available, also 2 spaces in the rear yard are available off the alley. Scooters, bus and Lyft rides are easy to obtain; residents find the neighborhood quite walkable. Other things to note Property is sanitized in line with Airbnb standards during the pandemic and always has been. Zero tolerance for smoking anywhere on the property. No other Guests are allowed in the house unless they are included in your reservation. Limit is six people staying in the household at the same time; the average is 3 people at any given time.
