Cozy Stone Cottage

Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat! The space The Stone Cottage sleeps three. WE LIVE ON-SITE with our friendly Golden Retriever Saydi. This is not a party venue. No extra guests without prior approval. One parking space only. Property is on private lane and there is no street parking available. There are also shared communal areas on the property to enjoy. PLEASE NOTE: A two-night stay is required on weekends, unless only one night of that weekend is available. Our property is best suited to children five-years-old and above. No unregistered guests allowed without prior approval. Well-behaved dogs allowed with a $30 fee (each) per week. (2 dogs maximum). Must be discussed in advance. Pets are not allowed in back yard when guests are not on the property. There are also shared communal areas on the property to enjoy. Guest access IMPORTANT - PARKING IS LIMITED TO ONE CAR PER UNIT. IF YOU HAVE A SECOND CAR, IT MUST BE DISCUSSED WHEN BOOKING YOUR STAY. We offer self-check-in for your convenience. Details on parking and entry will be sent to you in a video a few days before your arrival. PLEASE BE SURE TO WATCH IN ITS ENTIRETY, so you know where to park and how to find and enter the cottage. Other things to note 1. Our property is best suited to children five-years-old and above. 2. Quiet hours strictly enforced from 9pm - 8am! 3. Gardener is on property on Tuesdays from 8:30am to 12:00pm. There will be noise made during these hours while he is on site. 4. The fireplace is equipped with a gas log set. We do not allow wood or anything else to be burned in the fireplace. 5. Television: We provide a streaming device for guests to stream from their own streaming accounts. We are not responsible for logging out of streaming services. We do not have cable TV.
