Welcome to the Indio Wanderlust. Each room has been created to bring you on a trip around the world (Coachella Room, Africa Room, India Room, Amazon Room, and a little bit of Italy). This home is located in the middle of Indio / La Quinta. All local restaurants and grocery stores are minutes away! You will not regret booking this amazing home and we hope you will create memories of a lifetime on your holiday here. The space The home has original architectural features, retro furnishings and decor that contrast with modern amenities to make it perfect for family reunions and friends gatherings. The space- 2 living room areas, 1 has a fireplace and the other one is a family room to play games with a large pool table or watch your favorite movie on a 55'' TV. You can also take a dab at our favorite swings, located in the game room. Kitchen- Custom cabinetry kitchen with fully equipped dish-ware, cups, glasses, and cooking essentials. Dinning room with Bar- Separate room to have a nice dinner and maybe fix up some cocktails. Dinning room area offers a bar with plenty of items to make yourself the perfect cocktail. Backyard- With outside dining, grill (propane provided) and private pool and spa. We do allow pets. The pet rent is $100 per pet per stay. Guest access Full access to home including backyard and pool Other things to note Please note there is an extra charge to heat the pool and spa at $100/day. Spa only is $45/day. The city has a strict noise ordinance in place. Quiet hours are between 8pm-8am. Please take note, as if the cops are called the violation will be charged to the guests. Registration Details 027161
