The space Bedroom includes one Queen bed that can accommodate 2 people and plenty of storage space. Guest access Access to your own entrance. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and basic essentials - guests are permitted to light cooking. Overnight street parking is free. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: I absolutely do not allow any modifications after check-in or cancellations on any reservations. This means I am strictly upholding my cancellation policy. If you are staying for more than one week, there is an additional $85.00 cleaning fee per week. Cleaning include: Vacuum, change of sheets, towels and washing bathroom, kitchen, dusting and moping the floors. Any missing or damaged items in the house will be charged for reimbursement. Any keys lost, displaced, or not returned will be a $250.00 plus penalty fee.
