I absolutely do not allow any modifications after check-in or cancellations on any reservations. This means I am strictly upholding my cancellation policy. If you are staying for more than one week, there is an additional $100.00 cleaning fee per week. Cleaning include: Vacuum, change of sheets, towels and washing bathroom, kitchen, dusting and moping the floors. Any missing or damaged items in the house will be charged for reimbursement. Any keys lost, displaced, or not returned will be a $250.00 plus penalty fee.
