Hosts are available upon arrival and are easily accessible throughout the duration of your stay via call ONLY Safe neighborhood and friendly faces all around of all ages. Car, bus, train, Uber/taxi are all available. PLEASE NOTE: This is a pet friendly property, good for SMALL DOGS ONLY! (15 -20 pounds ) There will be NO CHARGE FOR DOG. I absolutely do not allow any modifications after check-in or cancellations on any reservations. This means I am strictly upholding my cancellation policy. If you are staying for more than one week, there is an additional $100.00 cleaning fee per week. Cleaning include: Vacuum, change of sheets, towels and washing bathroom, kitchen, dusting and moping the floors. Any missing or damaged items in the house will be charged for reimbursement. Any keys lost, displaced, or not returned will be a $250.00 plus penalty fee.
