Laundry room has both high efficiency washer and dryer for your use along with detergent. Lake lot is fenced in and private. Dock is free for you to use, if you need help tying up a boat for the night, let us know. The lake shore is landscaped with rocks. There is a ladder off the dock to get into the water. The lake bottom is sandy but some weeds pop up at the end of the dock. There are floaties and beach towels for the beach as well. Guest has access to entire house and surrounding property. Owner is just a phone call away and lives in the area if any issues should arise. We are just minutes to boutique shopping along Broadway in downtown Alexandria, Carlos state park, Carlos Creek Winery, the Alexandria Golf Club, and a plethora of delicious dining establishments; such as, Interlachen Inn, The Lure and Zorbaz. Shopping and grocery are located in Alexandria (3.6 miles) a short drive or bike ride away. Public beach and lakeside restaurants are within walking distance.
