Guests must book a time slot with the front desk staff and bring their own liquid detergent. Most of our guests usually purchase detergent at the 7-Eleven located just one block away!! The building also offers underground parking subject to availability. Upon arrival, guests must register their vehicle with the front desk staff. If no spaces are available, parking is possible on the street in front of the lobby. Please note that metered parking is enforced throughout Playa del Carmen's downtown area from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm!! Other things to note 🅿️ Free parking subject to availability. 📍The condo is located just 50 meters from the beach and a 4-minute walk from the famous 5th Avenue, where you can find all the life of Playa del Carmen such as restaurants, shops, nightclubs, etc. 🛍️🍽️🪩 🛒Just two blocks away there is a 7 Eleven (convenience store) in case you need to buy basics, and a Chedraui Selecto (supermarket) has just opened 5 minutes from the building ⛱️We have an agreement with Martina beach clubs, the entrance is $150 MXN but with us it is only $75 MXN.
