Suite One is a brand new, 500 sq ft Suite in a quiet desirable neighborhood. Relax on your own private patio with a fire pit and BBQ. The space SUITE: • Queen sized bed with a new memory foam mattress • High-end linens • TV • Air Conditioner BATHROOM • Plush organic towels • Bathtub/shower • Hairdryer, flat-iron & curling iron • Professional hair products & personal hygiene products KITCHEN • Keurig coffee maker & french press. • Refrigerator/freezer, Hot plate & toaster oven, electric water boiler and gas BBQ outside. (no stove) NO PETS! or SMOKING ($350 fee will be charged) Please note: The Suite is 500 square feet of living space. Has it’s own private entrance. Laundry facilities are available for longer stays. Guest access The Suite is completely private from the main house - including a separate entrance and parking. No access to the main house from inside the suite.
