A great place for families and fishermen Beautiful home right on the channel and direct access to the lake. Excellent for fishing, catching catfish right from the dock. It's an excellent place to relax and unwind. Fish directly off the dock or use the Kayaks included to explore the lake. We have an extra-long dock that can accommodate your boat(s). Fully equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and a gas grill. There is a fire pit for the nights you want a campfire. There are 2 bedrooms. One with a full-sized bed and the other with a full-sized bed, a daybed and a roll away bed. The daybed has a trundle underneath that can be used as a separate bed. The roll away bed is a twin bed with a 4" memory foam mattress. Both full beds have a new mattress and are very comfortable. The TV is equipped with a firestick that will allow access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others. We do not have cable. A full bath with a tub and shower. There is a long dock on the property that can be used if you bring your own boat. Boat ramps are across the lake. A game closet is included with many games that the family can enjoy. A deck is attached on the back with seating. Spacious front and back yard that can be used for many lawn games. You have access to the house, deck, yard, fire pit, grill and dock. The shed and boat are not included. Please do not get on the boat. We do have 2 kayaks for you to use at your own risk. We have 4 personal floatation cushions but bring your own life jackets for your safety. Have a question? We will respect your privacy and not interrupt your stay. PLEASE STAY OFF THE BOAT. Very nice and friendly neighbor. Very close to Copper Penny restaurant and bar. Weekend nights in the summer they will have live music. Quick access to local attractions by car. The driveway can accommodate about 6 cars. Less if you have a boat and trailer. Do not park in the grass or on the street. This is a smoke free house. If you smoke, please do so outside. There will be an extra cleaning fee if smoking is detected inside. The neighbors are very friendly. Marge and Davey are next door. If they are at their bar, feel free to join them (BYOB).
