1 Bedroom Guesthouse near Studios and Hollywood!

Cozy and modern guesthouse in the quiet, safe and highly coveted Magnolia Park area of Burbank. Perfect for people working in the entertainment industry and related businesses, on limited contract business travelers and short term (min 30 days) renters. It is conveniently located near the airport, metro link train station, studios, theme Parks, restaurants, bars, malls, shopping etc. Strictly No Smoking (any kind) inside the guesthouse. The space It is equipped with high-speed internet, Designer kitchen featuring gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, drinking water filtering system and all necessary kitchenware to make our guests feel at home. The living room has a 50" smart TV equipped with an antenna and a contemporary leather furniture. The bathroom is bright and spacious. The bedroom includes a study area and a Cal king bed with memory foam mattress and a large closet. For your enjoyment, a small private patio is also available. A rollaway bed or pack and play crib will be provided on request for 3rd guest accommodation. Guest access Access to the guesthouse is through the driveway gate which is a common area for both properties (the main house and the guesthouse) Other things to note House Rules: -PARKING: Street parking preferably in front of the main house . -STREET CLEANING: Tuesday 8-10am (our side of the street) and Wednesdays (across the street) -NO SMOKING inside the guesthouse . - Complimentary Coffee and Tea -Welcome Basket -Turn off lights and A/C every time you leave the guesthouse. -Do not flush Sanitary napkins and wipes in the toilet . - Do not go beyond the wooden gates located on the right side and in the back patio of the guesthouse since it’s our private area . -Respect our neighbors and try to be as quiet as possible during your stay . - Parties and gatherings are not allowed in the guesthouse. - Do not conduct any kind of business in the guesthouse . Please arrange your meetings outside the property , at a nearby coffee shop or eatery. -TV is equipped with indoor antenna in order to receive several local channels. It’s also a smart TV . You can login to your Netflix, Prime , Hulu, YouTube accounts to watch any other shows or movies . - Please dispose of the trash and the recyclables in the appropriate bins located in the driveway before your check out . - Check in time is 3pm - Checkout time is 11am - We appreciate you not having any visitors in the guesthouse for gatherings. -Small dogs (under 25 lbs) or cats are allowed only. They are not to be left unattended without a crate at all times . -An additional fee of $100 will apply for pet accommodating fee . -Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval . Extra charges will apply accordingly.
