Also provide the reason for booking my property. We have a surcharge of $25/per guest/per night for reservations with more than 3 registered guests, including children & infants. The home is equipped with a keyless door system. It photographs front & patio door motions for safety & security purposes. Tampering with the security system constitutes as a violation of the home safety policy & is basis for reservation termination with no refund. Access to the keyless front door system will not be issued until the guest registration form is signed and picture identification of all registered guests is provided. Prior to check in, you will be provided with a home manual outlining the specific features and rules . You will be required to sign a form to acknowledge you read the manual and comply with all rules outlined.
