Spend your Folly Beach getaway in this newly remodeled retreat with a private deck and back yard. Only 1 block from Center Street and just 2 blocks to the beach and Folly Pier. Also with the added bonus of Bert's Market open 24/7, just around the corner! You’ll love this space and the location on the island. The space This is a bottom unit in the back of a triplex property. Unit C has one (1) parking space in front. This is a special unit on the property with the only private covered porch and fenced in yard. All units have their designated areas on the side of the property with their own charcoal grills and seating. There is a large unit above and you will here some foot traffic and occasional voices, so please be aware of that. They are also instructed to keep the noise level down after 10PM on weekends and 9PM weeknights. This unit has been remodeled with new flooring and furnishings throughout the entire place. Two bedrooms, one full bathroom. Bedroom 1 includes a new King bed, with all new linens, bedding and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 contains new QUEEN BUNK BEDS, new bedding and linens, full dresser with mirror and flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and a coffee maker. Living room features a brand new couch, dining table and TV for all to enjoy. Every TV in the apartment has built in cable via the Xfinity app on a Roku platform. Other apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc. will be also be available to login and enjoy. We provide beach towels, two beach chairs and a beach mat for your convenience during your stay. There is also a gas grill on site with propane. Pet Policy: - This property is DOG friendly only and they MUST be at lease 2 YEARS OLD. Please disclose detailed information about your pup before booking. Then if approved, we will request a $75 pet fee that goes to housekeeping. Also be aware that dogs are not allowed on the beach during peak seasons. * May 1st - Sept. 30th, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm * - If your pup may not be comfortable being left alone in a new place and has the potential to bark a lot, then it could be best they stay home during your trip. We have to make sure all of our guests in the three units have a peaceful and enjoyable stay. - You will also be responsible for any damage that is occurred inside or outside of the property by your animal and always expected to clean up your dogs waste.
