We therefore ask you to treat the place as if it were your own home, with respect and delicacy. The house has two bathrooms: - a full bathroom upstairs (shower, bath and toilet) - a toilet on the ground floor As well as three bedrooms located on the upper floor. 👉 Maximum capacity: 6 people per night. 👉 A car is essential: no public transport serves the property. ⚠️ Safety – waterfront The house is about 25 feet from the river, with a very steep wall along the edge. For this reason, the place is strongly discouraged for children under 14 years of age. Parents must supervise their children at all times outside, on the river side. An exceptional location! You will stay directly on the shores of the St. Lawrence River, where the tides rise and fall every day, due to its connection to the Atlantic Ocean, located several hundred kilometers to the east. You will enjoy the calm of the countryside while being close to all services: - Saint-Augustin is 5 minutes away. - Quebec City just 20 minutes away. This is a real piece of heaven, peaceful and respectful, with wonderful neighbors. 👉 This property is not suitable for groups of friends who wish to party all night. The basement is accessible only in the part dedicated to a small fitness and training room available to guests. The rest of the basement is reserved for the owner's private storage. Other things to note This is not a hotel. This is my real home and you will have to treat these places like your own home, with respect and delicacy. Parents must supervise children at all times outside the house on the river side. NON-SMOKING HOUSE (under penalty of an additional cleaning fee of $500). NO ANIMALS are allowed on the premises. No more than 6 people allowed to sleep. It is mandatory under Canadian navigation regulations to wear a life jacket on the river when using kayaks or paddle boards. NO group parties will be tolerated under penalty of immediate cancellation without refund. It really is a place of healing! The front doorbell is equipped with a camera showing the happy arrival of guests. Any breakage and damage to the house and all its accessories must be reimbursed by the tenant before leaving. ***No cancellation for Covid 19 condition, illness or any other reason.
