The bedrooms all have TVs. he third-floor living level is open with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and decks providing sound and ocean views. It also includes a spacious dining area, an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player, and a sectional. The beautiful, updated kitchen provides everything you need, including a breakfast bar. House of the Rising Sun is within walking distance of REAL Watersports for all kiteboarding enthusiasts and local restaurants and bars. Things to Know The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
