This home features horseshoe pits and two cruiser bicycles to enjoy! The first floor has a game room with a mini-fridge, a pool table, a TV, laundry facilities, and deck access to the pool and hot tub. This floor also includes a full bath with semi-private access to a bedroom, which consists of deck. On the second floor, the guest bedroom also has deck access. The third bedroom has two bunks and a TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom has a full bath and deck access. The bedrooms all have TVs. he third-floor living level is open with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and decks providing sound and ocean views. It also includes a spacious dining area, an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player, and a sectional. The beautiful, updated kitchen provides everything you need, including a breakfast bar. House of the Rising Sun is within walking distance of REAL Watersports for all kiteboarding enthusiasts and local restaurants and bars. Things to Know The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
