Studio apt in Historic area of Lakeland

This second story studio is on our homes property. It has a Queen bed, bathroom and kitchen. It is nestled in the historic area of Lakeland, one block in from The "Frank Lloyd Wright" designed Florida Southern college, tours are available! Our Cobblestone streets take you to our neighborhood restaurants, the art museum, library, Hollis garden, we are between two lakes-Hollingsworth it has a great walking/running path, and Lake Morton a bird paradise. All within walking distance. The space This is an upstairs studio. The entrance to the studios are behind our home. There is an alleyway behind the home where the parking area is, and the gate to enter the property. There are two parking spaces one for each studio, please park to accommodate 2 cars. If you have 2 cars there is street parking and one will have to park out front. Please don’t park to close to the driveway it makes it difficult to make the turn and someone may hit your vehicle. There is a side gate to access the back yard at the end of the driveway from the front yard. The back patio and BBQ grill are shared, the utensils for the grill are hanging in the closet by the back door of the house, when finished please wash and return them. The door sticks, it is not locked, pull hard. As a courtesy to other guests please give the grill a good brushing after use. If you arrive after dark there is a switch on the corner of the building to turn on the exterior lights if they are off. Guest access The Upstairs Studio, the Large shared back patio, and the BBQ grill. If you have used the patio please clean up after yourself. One parking space in the alleyway, please park to accommodate accommodate two vehicles, wifi available. Other things to note Garbage pickup is on Thursday, and recycling is on Friday.
