This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens. The space Part of a working Ohio designated century family farm, the cottage is located in an agricultural/residential neighborhood and sits on a well traveled road which offers easy access to major highways such as the Ohio turnpike. Ideally located in Lorain county to offer easy access to parks, and other amenities within a short drive. Outdoor seating just right for a lazy afternoon reading your favorite book is provided on the covered porch. A free standing solar installation provides electricity for the cottage. Guest access Guests can independently access the property using a touch pad code. Driveway parking is available. Guests can enjoy the outdoor fireplace and stroll around the grounds. Other things to note Food deliveries may not be available to this address. This property is a rural setting, you will need transportation to access the site. One of my recent guests left that comment "there were bugs all over the house". Well we are located out in the country. You will see spider webs and other bugs around the property, it does not mean that we do not maintain the outside but.... country living has bugs!
