A tidy, simple, dog friendly, smoke-free home. Close (~2 miles) to Downtown and UT with easy access to I-275, I-75 and I-40. This place is perfect for the traveling nurse, students in their last semester or in town for a medical rotation, Off-street parking (please inquire if you have more than one vehicle) and ample street parking if needed. Keyless entry for convenient, flexible check-in. The space Your room is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, desk/chair, nightstand(s), tv, dresser and mini fridge. There is a nice sized closet and some built in shelves for extra storage. Key-locked door knob to the bedroom, with eyehook lock inside room. Freezer space is made available for all guests. Long-term guests are permitted full access to the kitchen and laundry room. Additional accommodations and amended house rules may apply for long-term guests. Guest access Your bedroom is completely private. All other spaces are common areas and shared with, other airbnb guests, friends, family, or myself. In general the house is very quiet and all persons are respectful. During your stay I work out of my home but travel often. When home I strive to be attentive to your needs while being unobtrusive. When traveling I am readily available via modern technology. Other things to note Smoke-free property. No cats. We are very dog friendly, but you must first inquire about booking this room when bringing your dog. This is the only room with carpeting and I need to ensure your dog(s) is/are the only well-trained, well-mannered, and friendly, pets in the home during your reservation. I typically do not host locals, please inquire for special consideration.
