Newly remodeled room in 4 bedroom house with private entrance and private bath. The space The room has a private entrance with code from the side of the house and a private bathroom (walk-in shower). The room has direct access to the backyard and pool. The hot tub is normally not heated. If you would like we can run and heat the hottub for you for an extra fee of 40$ for 2 hours which will give you 1 hour in winter and 1.5 hours in summer time of use (if available at all). Just ask. There is a comfortable queen size bed, desk, fridge, cable TV. When an additional guest comes (3rd person), we can allow that by arranging a floor bed for 22$ extra. The house is located in a quiet and safe location with plenty of street parking. Since the host is a pianist, our guest should occasionally expect to hear some music during the day. There is a home gym in the garage with a TV and full body high-end massage chair. Our guests are welcome to use workout equipment. If our guests choose to use the gym equipment, by booking this room, they agree that Airbnb hosts will not be responsible for any injures, caused by workout. queen Guest access Guests can use microwave to warm up quick meals, refrigerator and kettle. Pool is available for our guests as well. During your stay We love people and will be happy to chat a little if our guests are also up to it. Other things to note We take off shoes in the house to keep it clean. We ask our guests to do same. Thank you.
