The unit is located on the second floor of the building which will require climbing stairs, there is no ramp for luggage. The one bedroom apartment is about 450 square feet and it accommodates 2 guests comfortably ** NOTE: All units are located on the 2nd floor of the building, stairs are not optional, the 1st floor are all commercial spaces. ** The kitchen space was designed with a modern contemporary style in mind, ergo the open shelving space. It is fully equipped for cooking, it features an electric stove with oven, a farm style sink with a garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils and solid white quartz countertops. The bathroom includes a full shower with handheld shower head and great water pressure, as well as a new vanity and a skylight. In the living area, a tall table for 4 people. Keep in mind that all sleeping arrangements are in the same bedroom. There are two barn doors separating the living area from the bedroom. There’s no parking lot for the apartments, there’s only free street parking and a parking garage across the building that charges hourly with a maximum charge of $10 for 24hour Parking. Long Term guests will obtain one access card to park their car at the Union Plaza Transit Terminal across the street; it is a covered multilevel parking garage accessible to guests 24 hours a day.
