Nestled in the private neighborhood of Huron Woods, you are a stroll away to enjoy the beautiful private beach and witness world famous sunsets on Lake Huron. A quick zip down the road brings you to the main Grand Bend beach for some more hustle and bustle where you can enjoy a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and activities. The space Riverview Cottage welcomes guests that are seeking a relaxing time away. The cottage is located in a mature neighborhood and this cottage welcomes families and mature couples only looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. We respect our neighbors and ask that guests do the same. Guests have full access to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths spread over three fully finished levels which is rare in Grand Bend! With all bedrooms on the main or upper levels, there are no bedrooms in the basement! There are also 4 living room spaces, giving everyone lots of space to enjoy. MAIN LEVEL The main level features a large dining table to share meals all together along with an eat-in kitchen table adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. In the sitting room, catch the morning news while enjoying your cup of coffee or sit back with an evening cocktail and enjoy some tunes. Working from home is easy in this bright space which also features a desk. The main level also features a large living room perfect for hanging out or cozying up next to the gas fireplace. The master bedroom with King sized bed and ensuite is fully accessible on the main floor. UPPER LEVEL Upstairs you will enjoy 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed and 2 twin beds. The upstairs bedroom suite features a queen bed complete with a separate living room with a Smart TV and total privacy. Relax and unwind in the large soaker tub looking through the skylight featured in the main bathroom. LOWER LEVEL Curl up and binge watch your favourite shows or movies on the large big screen TV.
