3 bedroom house with pool and beautiful backyard

This listing NOT for the Entire house/ it is only 8 hours for the YARD,the back yard, pool area, BBQ , it is like renting a community pool or venue , Not a full house to sleepover I will give you a suite with the rental time Rental time is 8 hours only No sleepover for the guests, Only the host could sleepover using the suite I give you most of the time free with the rental It depends on the time and availability Hope you understand, please if you have any questions ask me , message me The space Only the Back yard? Pool, BBQ Not the house + Suite ( room and bathroom) Sometimes give it free to sleepover for the host Guest access Back yard, pool area , BBQ area Not allowed to smoke Marijuana inside the property ... Other things to note Need the space to give it back clean as they get it, no damages , you can use the back yard furnitures generally , I have tables and chairs available for rent or sometimes I have it free, also I have a puffer stand and Trays for rent or free, it Depends on the availability
