Large room 1.3 miles to East Orlando Adventhealth

The house is in a safe area, 3 min walk to bus 15. Advent Health East (1.3 mile- 25 min walk, 5 min by car, 10 min by bus). Airport (9mi), Valencia College (4mi) and the city center (6.5mi). The room has two twin beds (or one king if together), own AC, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and desk/table area. Please see pictures with the description title. One of the shared bathrooms is next door to your room. Shared kitchen has all the necessary for cooking. One free parking per booking. The space Private room with shared bathroom. Two twin beds (can be set as a king size bed- please request it), your own AC and heat, your own desk/table and Roku TV. Everyone in this house is quiet and spends time mainly in their own rooms. I like to socialize but only if you are up to it. If not, I will let you relax in your own space. I rent all the rooms in the house but this one is apart from the rest, as the others are on the left side of the living-room and kitchen. Your room and bathroom are on the right side of the house. Other guests will share the bathroom and common areas. Wi-fi is free and available but if you are an online gamer, this might not be the place for you. Gaming uses too much data and requires a speed that I can not promise. Bicycle available for a $80 deposit. Guest access I hope to be here when you arrive but I travel as well so I am not sure if we will get to meet. :( You will have your own keys and if I am not here I can give you detailed directions and leave the key in the lock-box for you. Or possibly my boyfriend will meet you. During your stay I hope to be here to give you information about the city. I used to travel a lot with my previous airline job and I have backpacked as well. Store your things where you see the label "Blue room". :) Also: we fed a stray cat and now he is ours. We feed him inside the house as he got attacked by other cats and raccoons being fed outside. He eats inside but he is a free outdoor friendly Cookie that gets now restricted outdoor access due to mosquitoes allergies. Update: I didn't learn. I fed another stray cat and now he has a name: Charlie. He is mostly outside but eats inside. I can do washing and drying for you. One load is $10. Best efficiency if you do full loads. Please give me 14-24 hour notice. About me: I am not much of a cook. :( I garden, read and travel. I used to work for cruise-lines, hotels and 15 years as a Flight Attendant.
