Lake front furniture market rental

Our house is only available for 3-5 night rentals during Furniture Market, HPU events, and Wyndham. We have rented on and off for approx 15 markets (3-12 day rentals) and have had as many as 10 people crap in the house.. We have 4 beds/3 baths upstairs (K,Q,Q,Q+T bunk) a+ a finished basement w/ a 1/2 bath (Q). All bedrooms are large and space for an air mattress to double occupancy. List price is for the full house - message me if you want to rent just the upstairs or basement. The space Kick back, relax, and enjoy yourself when you are done with a long day at market. While staying here you will feel like you are in a log cabin, in the mountains, on the lake. The exposed beams and picturesque views through the house will allow you to forget about the furniture market. We also live on oak hollow lake - enjoy amazing sunsets and down time on the back porch, screened in porch or hammock. We have a full home, backup generator! Guest access Guests can have full access to the house OR everything but the basement. Both options will have access to everything in the kitchen, the back deck, screened in porch, and grill. Plenty of parking with the driveway, parking pad, and street. Prior tenants have lived out of their suitcase and 3 feet of closet space or a rolling hanger rack. Upon request, we can provide 3 dresser drawers in any room. Other things to note We only rent for Furniture Market, HPU Graduation/Events, and Wyndham. This is our home, we have the house professionally cleaned and have linens that are only used for tenants. However we do NOT remove family pictures and items... it will be obvious you are staying in a child's bedroom. List price is for the entire house. We will rent only the main level (4 bed/3 bath) for a $150 per night discount. In this option, we will stay downstairs on school nights and go out of town during the weekend. If you only want the main level please message me and I'll discount the price before you book.
