Lower level boasts another family room/common space, another bedroom and full bath plus a washer and dryer. The yard is very spacious with parking for 5 vehicles. There is a gas grill and the shed is filled with beach gear and yard toys. The location is amazing. Guest access The entire house is yours. Other things to note While you are enjoying your stay, please know that the Town of Narragansett has ordinances which are enforced.
