The balcony has exceptional views of the Gulf and there are more views from the front of the unit facing the Harbor. Both areas has seating available. The condominium has common areas such as a pool, laundry room per floor, gardens and a shower for rinsing. Guest access Easy access and I am flexible to your needs. As you come to the Condominium you only need the fob for entrance to the building and code to enter the condo. I will release the code on check in date. Use the fob at the gate, scan it on the silver metal reader and it will automatically open the gate, this is on the left side , proceed and drive to your left to go up on a small ramp to take you to the second floor and proceed to the assigned space # 126. Now you are parked and there is a clear door go through the clear door which opens with the use of the fob. This area is the welcome common area continue to your left pass the mailboxes to your left and you will see the elevators, you need to push the button to the 12th floor. One you reach the 12th floor on the elevator make a left to exit and make another left to continue walking to the condo. Other things to note Bathrooms are located on the pool area which is also the access to the beach. The code is # 1270
