Private Guesthouse. I-4/75 Convenient, Cozy, Cool

A great stop off between Tampa and Orlando or north and south on 75. Completely private entrance. Your own bathroom. Queen bed and loveseats, single folding cot setup on request. 1 mile from I-4. Busch Gardens-10 min, 14 miles-downtown Tampa, 10 mi.-Ybor City, 45 min to Orlando theme parks, Close to the center of Brandon. 7 miles central to State Fairgrounds & Amphitheater, Seminole Hard Rock Casino, Plant City Festivalgrounds Our puppet studio is on property if you'd like a peek. The space The rental space is divided into 2 separate areas. This allows one person to have a nap or lay in bed and watch TV while another person can use the sitting room/ table area with lights bright or watch the other TV. Loveseats in the sitting area go back for snoozing. Folding cot available on request for older child or if needed for adult. The curtained sliding door can let the sun in to look over the strawberry fields and still give privacy because it is reflective mylar to the street side. The drapes do keep it dark for sleeping in and evening privacy. Plenty of drawers and closet space for long stays and and flat areas to hold suitcases for quick convenience. Walk-in shower in the new bathroom has plenty of hot water. AC/heat works great! Guest access Our cozy space has it's own doorknob code lock. I change the code for you. I will include the code in your welcome note. At your request I will text it to you. We invite guests to pull up to door into grass to load or unload or in the rain. We ask that when guests settle in for night they park on our wide driveway so our watering system can work properly after midnight. Your 2 area studio space is locked from the rest of the house. It is quiet and completely private. Guests are welcome to sit and enjoy outside to relax, smoke and some guests have brought small grills. Other things to note CHECK-IN INFO Inquire before reserving about earlier check-in if needed. We aim to please. Listed 4 PM check-in now through July, 2025. Blocked dates could also be available for extended stays. Please inquire to suit your needs. 3 PM check-in returns in August, 2025. We have one acre of land. There are two buildings on our property. Your cozy rental space is a recent conversion of the original garage to my home. A utility room separates space from our home, comings and goings do not disturb us. It is private. The second building is my art studio (yes, it is puppet love!) and a puppet theater for young children. Airbnb guests help keep our traditional art form alive. Thanks! We are not performing shows presently. Even now though, on request I love showing guests our giant puppets and have been told it's a treat. Taking a look only takes less than 10 minutes and is free. It is up to you to make a request and we can easily make that happen.
