Cozy PlaVada A-frame studio cabin w large deck. Most comfortable for 2 people or small family. Sleeps up to 4 on 1 queen + 1 pull-out queen sofa bed. Wood-burning stove and 2 new electric heaters will keep you warm. Kitchenette w fridge, microwave & hot plate, Nespresso & drip coffee makers. Minutes to hiking & mt. biking at Lola Montez, Loch Leven, & PCT. Road biking and climbing on Donner Pass. Near Sugar Bowl, Boreal, Auburn Ski Club & Royal Gorge. The space Comfortable and spacious A-frame with high ceilings. The studio is our guest house, separate from other living spaces, and you will have plenty of privacy inside. Heated very nicely by a cozy wood-burning stove & two electric heaters. Large deck with barbecue and seating for four. Guest access You'll be the only one staying in our guest house, and have your own large deck to barbecue or sit outside and enjoy the woods. Other things to note We are up in the mountains, near the top of Donner Summit, 15-20 minutes West of Truckee. It's best to buy food on your way up. We are happy to help with suggestions (also included in the house manual). Our studio has a kitchenette with a fridge, hot plate, pots and pans, plates, silverware, microwave, a Nespresso Essenza Mini, and a drip coffee maker. If you like to barbecue, there's a nice Weber gas grill on your deck. This is a cabin, so there's no AC. Nights cool off quickly, and keeping doors and windows closed during the hottest hours helps to keep the place cool.
