The space The house has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated to sleep 8-10 guests. The kitchen is large, open, and has new, modern appliances that any chef would love. There is a large master bath with 2 shower heads and double vanity as well as an additional 1/2 bath. The large, wrap-around deck is perfect for hanging out, grilling, and outdoor dining during the summer months. A fire pit overlooks the lake, perfect for s'mores and listening to the loons! Enjoy Lakeshore Point throughout the summer and winter. Winter - just 45 minutes from Sunday River with local mountains even closer, it's the ideal spot for family skiing. It's also right near many snowmobile trails, including ITS 89. If ice skating is your thing, you have Canton Lake right outside your front door! There is over 200' of lake frontage of crystal clear water to go along with your own private, sandy beach.
