Updated vintage 1970s A-Frame house, walking distance from Hunter Mountain and a 15 minute drive to Windham Mountain. It is a perfect location for skiing, snowboarding, ziplining, mountain biking, and enjoying the festivals. Close to the restaurants, shops, and movie theaters, there is something for everyone! Relax on either of the two decks, with ample space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. When the sun sets, curl up by the wood-burning fireplace and take advantage of a cozy weekend away. The space It is a 7 minute walk from the Catskill Flyer lift, and a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing getaway in the Catskill mountains. If you need any recommendations for your stay, please do not hesitate to ask. **Please note: for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and the 4th of July) we will not be accepting reservations for less than a week. For certain holidays and the summer music festivals, we require a minimum reservation of 3 nights or more. For long-term reservations of a month or more, we ask that renters pay for the user-dependent utilities (electric, heating oil, water). We may also extend further discounts than what is reflected on Airbnb for long-term rentals.
