There’s so much to do, the list is nearly endless. The property sits in the calmer South Arm of Lake Charlevoix which provides easy access for yachts/boaters of all shapes and sizes. Guest access You have full access to the city beach across the street, playground, basketball courts, tennis courts, softball fields and can float the river all the way to your property. Other things to note Bring bug spray, sun screen and a sweatshirt for summers. In the fall you have direct access to the Jordan Valley and it’s beautiful foliage. In the winter you’re 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain. Cross country skiing and snowmobiling are available as you’re in the Jordan Valley. Spring is a time for morel mushroom hunting.
