Guest access Arrive to tower 2 with free valet parking (if at capacity, you will be directed to free off site parking), check in at the front desk to receive a key card, and be directed to your beautiful penthouse studio suite! You will have access to Starbucks, convenience store, in-house bar/restaurant, gym, pools, and the escalator that takes you directly to MGM Grand. Due to Covid 19, we recommend checking with the front desk for current hours and availability of all amenities. Other things to note Per MGM Signature policy, there are only four guests maximum in the studio, and the guest checking in must be 21 years of age or older. MGM requires a refundable security deposit of $100 daily with a maximum of $300.00 on a major credit card. MGM has a strict no smoking policy with a $100.00 fine. If you would like a cleaning service in the middle of your stay, the cleaner has left a card for you to contact for pricing & availability. Check out is 11:00 am. If you have not previously arranged a late check out, please leave promptly. If the cleaner needs to wait for you for more than 15 minutes, you will be charged for their time. If you are more than 1 hour late, you will be charged for the next day. Check out cleaning instructions: 1. Pre-rinse all dishes. 2. Clean up miscellaneous garbage, spills, and / or messes. 3. If there is cigarette/marijuana smell or evidence of either in the suite, it is a $100 charge for extra cleaning. In addition, all provided items in the suite are to be in the condition which they were found and leave bedding and towels in a condition that can be washed and used for the next guest or there is a replacement fee for the unusable items.
