AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon cell service are all available at the property, so staying connected is easy. Outside, enjoy a fenced-in yard, great for kids, pets, or relaxing after a day of adventure. Other things to note Pet Policy – Dean’s Retreat We love hosting pets just as much as we love hosting their humans—after all, they’re part of the family! Dean’s Retreat is pet-friendly and well-equipped to make your furry companion feel right at home. To ensure the home stays clean and comfortable for all guests, we do charge a $250 non-refundable pet fee, which covers extra deep cleaning required after pet stays. This flat fee includes up to 2 pets. No Smoking Policy – Dean’s Retreat To ensure a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for all of our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home at Dean’s Retreat. This includes all forms of smoking—cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, and any other smoking devices. 🚭 Absolutely no smoking is allowed indoors. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to a $500 deep cleaning fee, which covers the additional time and resources required to remove smoke odors and residues from the home. You’re welcome to smoke outside only, and we kindly ask that you dispose of all cigarette butts properly. Thank you for helping us maintain a fresh and welcoming space for all guests!
