The space Fountain Nest is a hidden gem in the Governor’s Village community just a few miles south of Chapel Hill NC. The newly-renovated private apartment is on the second floor of our home, with its own private elevator and dedicated entrance. Tree-top views from the bedroom, kitchen and living area offer a soothing sightline onto our residential neighborhood, home to a mix of professors, retirees, young professionals and families. Neighbors taking a daily stroll or bike ride along the picket fence-lined streets are a familiar view, and the village center, community pool, tennis/basketball courts and green spaces are only a few blocks’ walk from the house. Parking is provided on site, adjacent to the garden gate leading directly to the portico entrance and elevator. When you step out on the second floor, you’ll enter a spacious and well-furnished living room with the comfy Casper king bedroom just ahead. Ample closets and cabinetry provide convenient storage. The kitchen is fully-equipped for the guest who enjoys time at the stove, and features stainless steel sinks, granite countertops, dishwasher, full size fridge, Nespresso coffeemaker, electric tea kettle, microwave, ample cook-and-tableware and basic kitchen staples.
