Kittipup and Sami will happily greet you. We are superhosts with a few years experience and understand sometimes flights are late or maybe your road trip won't let you arrive till late in the night. The last four digits of your phone number is your code to the keypad lock. While we don't mind late check ins we have to respectfully request that you check out your departure day by 12 P.M. The space We have been doing this for a few years and have most of the bases covered .However we have had people request to book under the impression that they are renting the whole house to themselves. Feel free to come and use the kitchen or the patio but know that this is our home and we do live here. Should you encounter any problem during your stay, please come to us. Guest access Guests are free to use the patio in the backyard along with the grill out there. There are dishes and a microwave in the kitchen . There’s also a Guest Refrigerator in the kitchen. Several different types of Breakfast bars and Quaker Oats Instant Oatmeal are available for breakfast are on top of the little white refrigerator in the corner of the dining room. During your stay We love chatting with guests but if you aren't that's fine too. Relax and enjoy your stay however you wish. Other things to note For extended stay guests, if you need to do some laundry feel free to use our brand New, state-of-the-art washer/dryer there will be laundry detergent out there at no charge. If your stay beyond our check out policy, you may be charged for another night. Forgotten items can’t be returned with out postage pre payment
