Cozy Cliffside Cabin in Payson!

Magnificent cliffside home surrounded by lush greenery and the most amazing mountain views that will stimulate the senses. Indulge in nature living and find total relaxation as you wake up to amazing sunrise views and stunning sunsets in this cabin. A perfect quiet retreat or soul searching getaway with family, friends and loved ones! The space Upstairs: Upstairs has a Living room with a vaulted ceiling, large TV, sofas and huge bean bag chair. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and TV. And a full bathroom with tub. The full kitchen has cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, stove and full size refrigerator. Bring your own food and condiments. Dining area has table with seating for 6 expandable to 8. Plenty of windows for an open feeling and glass sliding door that opens to a large balcony. Balcony has a secondary dining table and chairs, swinging chair, propane barbeque and the hot tub. Enjoy the views of the surrounding area below. Downstairs: Downstairs has a family room with a large smart TV, theater seating for 4, a huge bean bag chair and a daybed with a pull out trundle bed below. And, of course, the pool table. A 7 foot, real slate Connelly pool table with cover. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, a bathroom with shower. There is also an area, offset from the family room, that has a bunk bed and is closed off by a curtain. We do need to let you know this is not really a bedroom but AirBnb doesn't let us say 2 1/2 bedrooms. There is an outside door downstairs that leads to a small patio and the driveway. The landscape is more natural, blending in with the forest and nearby cliffs. Climbing them is tempting but not recommended. Instead, walk down to the river, maybe 100 yards away, and enjoy the trails on either side, accessible to only owners and guests. Most of the roads in the small neighborhood are gravel as is our driveway. In the early evening or mornings, you might catch a glimpse of wildlife such as deer, elk, or javalina grazing nearby. The neighborhood is surrounded by Tonto National Forest yet is just a few miles from Payson by highway. Guest access Guests have full access to the property except the owners closet. Other things to note Your pets are welcome to stay for a pet fee of $60/pet per stay. The hot tub is less than 2 years old and it works great. Guest are welcome to use it. But please don't splash water out or overflow with too many people as this will cause it to stop working. We also have external cameras active on the premises. This will keep everything secure for both guests and us.
