Welcome to Pamlico Point Point Break Duplex. The beautifully renovated and surf themed home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home, 2nd floor unit, perfect for your beach retreat. Pamlico Point is located on a large, corner lot, with a 10 minute walk to the popular Barnes St. beach access, and a 1 minute walk to Nags Head Town Park. You will find local coffee houses, ice cream shop, and surf shops are within minutes of our home. Surf, sand, fishing, shopping, and dining are walking or a short drive away.l The space COVID-19 Friendly - Separate Entrance, Routine cleaning & Sanitized Space! Pamlico Point celebrates surf, sand, and sun, and is a great location to many local amenities. The centrally air-conditioned home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, range, and washer and dryer. There is a large 60” flat screen TV in the living room area, and WIFI internet service is provided. Guests will also find a large deck, with a covered pergola, for relaxing. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your beach day. The house has ample parking. Blue Heaven Bungalow, lower 2/1 unit is also available for rent. There is a strict noise ordinance in this residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, or LOUD NOISE AND PARTYING ALLOWED. We ask that you are also mindful of the guests staying in the lower unit. Guest access You and your guests will have access to the entire second floor of Pamlico Point Cottage. You can also utilize the convenient, outdoor shower on the first floor. The private, outdoor shower is utilized by both units. The lower unit will be available for rent if you need additional space. Other things to note The neighborhood- Pamlico Point at mile post 10.3/4, is close to local restaurants, bars, shopping, beach access, parks and the YMCA.
