Plus, with a private driveway for the unit on the right side of the house, you'll have easy access to your home away from home. Living/DIning room has a large leather sectional couch and a 55' 4K TV in the living room. Highspeed Internet and Cable included. September 15-June 1 is open for 3 night minimum rentals. July 1-Sept 15 is the height of the summer rental season, and like the surrounding area rental units, we switch to a weekly Friday-Friday rentals only. Remaining weekly summer dates will be listed on calendar. The owners occupy the first floor unit during the summer season, so you can be sure that any needs or concerns will be taken care of promptly. Lounging area around firepit in the front of the home as well. Private Driveway: Left-hand driveway = 1st Floor Unit (owner), Right-hand driveway= 2nd Floor Unit. Each have room for at least 3 cars. Additional Beach Chairs and Towels available to guests. Washer and Dryers in unit. *Washing machine unavailable during winter rentals (located in unheated back hallway). Laundry mat within walking distance. Other things to note Common areas like the backyard or front yard firepit area may be shared with tenants in other unit. Each unit has 1 grill and 1 patio set each.
