Guest access Guests have access to the entire 1500 square ft. private lower level guest suite with River Views from every room and 125 feet of Clackamas River waterfront property. Unwind by the cozy gas fireplace in the inviting living area, where you will be beckoned to relax and unwind after a day of exploration. An entertainment wall equipped with a 65" Smart TV, cable, WiFi and Netflix promises endless entertainment options for your enjoyment. Retreat to the deluxe Queen Pillowtop beds in both bedrooms, where restful nights and rejuvenating slumber await. Guests have their own individual code to the keypad for easy self check in. We like to give guests their privacy, but are easily available for questions or if needed. Other things to note Must be able to navigate one set of stairs to the entrance. We require a signed rental agreement prior to your stay. Once the reservation is booked it will be sent via email provided by guests, guests will respond within 24 hours of the request. We have a very friendly German Shepherd that you may see occasionally on the property. For your safety, we have an outdoor Security Camera that monitors the front entrance.
