Comfortable, bright cottage, nice yard & patio. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, patio room, recently updated. Well maintained and clean. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to the water. Short drive to Mystic, casinos, CGA , CT College, RI Beaches. Newport approx 45 min . The space House/ yard is not child proof. No fenced yard, no child locks, no baby gates etc., a couple stairs to enclosed patio room. Other things to note water shoes a good idea at the small private beach
