Studio furnishings include a plush Queen bed for a single or a couple, quality linens, towels, table for two. The complete studio cabin is cleaned and sanitized with enhanced cleaning protocols before your visit. Additional conveniences include drip coffee maker w/ gourmet coffee, tea kettle w/ tea selection, microwave, and mini fridge; great for keeping snacks and beverages close at hand but not suitable for full meal preparation. A peaceful zen and clean cottage space environment is curated for our guests and our family including a "shoe free zone" on the wood studio floors. Pack your comfy socks. Our family home and residence is steps away from the studio. A leisurely coastal scenic 5 minute drive, less than 2 miles, brings you to the heart of historic Mendocino Village. Centrally located on the coast just outside the village of Mendocino, the studio is in close proximity to numerous hiking trails, whale watching spots, seal rookeries, California State Parks, California Coastal Trail, beaches, and rivers. Other things to note Rate includes 11% Mendocino County Occupancy Taxes. Property and home are strictly smoke free and drug free. Smoking and drug use is not allowed. Strict no pet policy. (Except the ones that already live here.)
