The space The guest house consists of a living room/kitchen combination, 1-bedroom and 1-full bath (see attached sketch in photos). The interior has LVP flooring, granite kitchen & bath countertops, full size built-in appliances and a walk-in shower. There is an 8x16 covered porch on the front side of the guest house. The living area is approximately 400 sq. ft. There is a dedicated and convenient concrete parking space for the guest, located adjacent to the unit. The guest house is within one mile of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, parks, numerous churches and the local hospital. The downtown area is approximately two miles away. Guest access Guests will have the entire, detached, private space to themselves. The guest house has Internet access, a wall-mounted TV in the living room and bedroom, motion-detected security lights and a keyless entry. There is a full size washer/dryer inside the guest house.
