Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking space, including room for large work trucks. A public park is just one block away, perfect for relaxing or letting kids play. The space House has a carport to keep you dry during rainy days and outdoor security camera. No pets! Guest access Doors lock automatically once closed. Public park a block away Other things to note Trash pick up is on Monday’s. Early check in fee from 2-4pm is $25, 12-2pm $50. Tenants are not allowed to sublease. Families are welcomed but large groups of individuals should not exceed guest/bed limit. Couch is not considered as a sleeping area. Strip linen but leave mattress protector on. Place towels in tub and take out trash before departure. Separate laundry that needs special pre-treatment for hard stains. Cleaning supplies available if needed.
