The space “My place my rules” We know that when traveling every place is odd and different please review the most current pictures and description and if you have any questions Let us know !!! As a host I know the space in and out and wanna make sure it’s the right fit for the right set of guests so we ask lots of questions when reviewing inquiries even if you have booked with insta-book . 🙏provide as much info as possible when you make your requests . We do require a short term rental agreement via email and pic of gov ID send in the message center of Airbnb AFTER we have approved the requests. We have great reviews on out garage suite that’s attached to the house . Both spaces are completely private and are insulated with double doors that gives up the ability to host up to 6 guests . If you are in need of the whole space please message us for availability and rates . We have cameras on site and NO guests are allowed in the back yard . 1-2 cars max . Can accommodate parking if you have a boat or RV . Please inquire if traveling with one . As a host we try not to bother you too much during your stay but we do use the back yard a lot and are on site often for maintenance and landscape improvements . I’m local and can point you to what’s around if you are new in town or simply need something to do before or after the beach and I don’t mind chatting with people at all . The host is also the responsible party for the property and will call the sherif if any of the house rules (you sign in the short term rental agreement) are broken . Quiet hours are 8 pm —8 am . No lound music bikes mufflers please . We love our neighbors and would like to keep the dead end street we are on as private as possible so everyone that lives there doesn’t have any added headaches . No one wants to go home and have a loud noisy neighbor. It gets really quiet at night so if you are on the phone outside please be mindful with the quite hours . Depending on the guests inquiry we can provide an affordable quote for travelers . If if guests are traveling solo We could keep one of the bedrooms in the space locked and unoccupied and discount the nightly stay . But we can also provide a confutable stay for a family of 6 of you are bringing the family on vacation in Florida or if you are traveling for work with a crew member . No guests will have access in the back yard . Parking restrictions and fees may apply if traveling with boar or RV Other things to note We can accommodate parking for a RV or flat bed trailer if you needed in your trip .
